- During Active Development: Refund calculation based on work completed and remaining balance
- After Project Completion: No refund available, but we offer ongoing support and revisions per your agreement
Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has begun:
- You will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date
- You will receive any deliverables completed before cancellation
- Remaining balance will be refunded within 14 business days
- An itemized invoice will be provided showing completed work
Project Modifications
If you are unsatisfied with the project direction:
- Contact us immediately to discuss concerns
- We will work with you to address issues and make revisions
- Major changes may require an additional fee as outlined in your service agreement

Dispute Resolution

Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund:
- Third-party services and licenses purchased on your behalf
- Custom domain registrations
- Hosting fees paid directly to hosting providers
- Work that has been delivered and accepted by you
- Ongoing maintenance and support services already provided
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Maintenance & Support Services
For ongoing maintenance and support packages:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- Refunds are prorated based on unused service time
- Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term may be eligible for partial refund
- No refunds for services already rendered
