Partial Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has begun:

  • You will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date
  • You will receive any deliverables completed before cancellation
  • Remaining balance will be refunded within 14 business days
  • An itemized invoice will be provided showing completed work

Project Modifications

If you are unsatisfied with the project direction:

  • We will work with you to address issues and make revisions
  • Major changes may require an additional fee as outlined in your service agreement

Dispute Resolution

Non-Refundable Items

  • Third-party services and licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Custom domain registrations
  • Hosting fees paid directly to hosting providers
  • Work that has been delivered and accepted by you
  • Ongoing maintenance and support services already provided

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Maintenance & Support Services

For ongoing maintenance and support packages:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • Refunds are prorated based on unused service time
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term may be eligible for partial refund
  • No refunds for services already rendered
